RockfordGuy:

Your post was inappropriate, and exactly what you complained about another user doing - posting other people's information from facebook here. Your actions were particularly bad as you chose to post high-resolution images of other people's kids without permission. I have received many complaints about this.

Let this serve as a warning. This type of behavior will not be tolerated here. Any further actions such as this will result in you being banned.

Discussion is encouraged. Violating privacy and posting pictures of minors that you have no rights to will not be tolerated.

Information on this post is being preserved for use if there are any further complaints.

They seem to have no problem exploiting their kids to grab the money.

Amazing how much money they've spent trying to buy this bond. Wonder how much their kickback is?

Are they still planning on "in house contractors" and "local labor" and "small jobs to eliminate the need to bid"? Yep .. let the kickbacks flow!

While I think it is inappropriate and unethical to post pictures of kids online without their parents' permission, adults posting to a website they have made public by thier own choice is completely different.

If you don't want the general public to have access to your facebook page, change the privacy settings so it isn't available to people outside the group or don't have a facebook page at all. Adults on this facebook page knowingly consented to post their comments and information on a public forum, a forum which they had they option of making private to their own network. They chose not to, and now they are bitching about it.

These children, on the other hand, lack the capacity to consent. And their parents did not give their consent on behalf of their kids. Posting the former's facebook comments which they have already chosen to make public is not unethical. Posting pictures of minors without parental consent is unethical. There's a huge difference, morally speaking.

Just seems like more whining to me.
